Unauthorized arrivals before check-in or departures after check-out may incur a fee up to one night’s stay. ▹ How will I get information about my stay? • Several days prior to check-in, you’ll receive a link to a digital guest manual. • It includes arrival instructions, WiFi, property info, and local recommendations. ▹ Is this a private space? • Yes—Chestnut Suite has a private entrance and private suite interior. • The grounds and some outdoor areas (like the deck/parking) are shared with other units. ▹ Does the suite have a kitchen? • This suite does not have a full kitchen. • It includes a mini fridge, Keurig, microwave, and a small dining area for light meals and snacks. ▹ Is the suite quiet? • The Chestnut Suite shares a wall with the Dogwood Suite. • Some guests occasionally notice sound from neighboring guests. We’ve added additional insulation to help reduce this. ▹ Can I ship packages to the home? • We do not recommend shipping packages directly to the property, as multiple vendors may access the grounds and package security cannot be guaranteed. • If you need to ship something, message us in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible. ▹ Can you pick up groceries and/or run other errands for me ahead of my arrival? • Yes—we’re happy to try to help when possible. • We charge $25 per hour, plus the cost of any items purchased, to complete errands on your behalf. • Past guests have had us assist with grocery runs, catering coordination, and stocking the fridge with drinks. These policies protect the suite, the surrounding property, other guests on-site, and your overall experience. By booking, you agree to share these rules with everyone in your group and ensure full compliance. Serious breaches may result in removal from the property without refund. Exterior security cameras (video only) may monitor shared outdoor areas for safety and property protection. Camera locations are disclosed in the Health & Safety section. ★ General Rules ★ • No smoking or vaping indoors. Absolutely gorgeous suite in a beautiful private location convenient to many wineries, breweries, restaurants and antique shops. Coffee and clawfoot tub made it feel absolutely luxurious and the surroundings were tranquil and relaxing.

Everything perfectly in its place, very clean, all the necessities including milk for the coffee. Beautiful long driveway and surroundings to walk our pup, Jerry. We also, really enjoyed the shower and sunlight. And the place was very spacious with a nice patio. All in all, a great stay. Scott

Rockwell Ridge is set in a peaceful, rural mountain area where scenic drives are part of the experience. 🚗 By Car The easiest and most reliable way to get around. Route 151 provides quick access to wineries, breweries, cideries, hiking areas, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Most local attractions are within a 2–20 minute drive, and Charlottesville is about 35–40 minutes away. 🚕 Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) Rideshare availability is limited and inconsistent in this rural area, especially late at night or during off-peak times. Some guests use Uber or Lyft successfully for winery visits, but availability is not guaranteed. We recommend planning transportation in advance if you intend to use rideshare services. 🚶‍♂️ Walkability The immediate property is ideal for walking, with miles of private trails, creeks, and open land to explore. However, destinations outside the property—including wineries and restaurants—require driving. 🚲 Biking Biking is possible for experienced cyclists, but roads are rural, narrow, and often hilly.
